When you use our contact or enquiry forms, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, message content, and, where applicable, travel, visa, or recruitment details) solely to process your enquiry.
Your data is used to process your enquiry regarding flights, hotels, worldwide visa assistance, Hajj & Umrah travel, or international recruitment, and to contact you.
When you search or book flights and hotels, your search details and (for completed bookings) your name, contact details and passenger/guest information are sent to our flight and hotel suppliers so they can fulfil your booking. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details ourselves. Please see each supplier's own privacy policy for how they handle data once a booking is placed with them.
Your data is shared with third parties only where necessary to process your enquiry (e.g. with embassies or authorities as part of a visa application), or where we are legally required to do so.
