Use the manage booking form or message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference. Airlines and hotels set their own change and cancellation rules. We tell you what is possible and what it costs before we change anything.

When you pay on the secure payment page at the end of the booking. Card details are handled by Stripe, our payment provider, and never stored on our website.
Airlines and hotels can change prices at any time until a booking is paid. We check the price again just before payment. If it changed, we show you the old and the new price and you decide whether to continue.
Flight prices include airline taxes and fees. Hotel prices are the amount you pay to us. Some hotels collect a city tax or resort fee on arrival; when the hotel tells us the amount, we show it next to the price.
It means the result is not live availability. Sample results show how the page works and cannot be booked online. Ask us and we will search live options for you.
On the hotel or flight results, choose "Price alert" and enter your email. After you confirm by email, we check the same search about once a day and email you only when the total price goes down. Every email has a one-click stop link, and the alert ends on your travel date. Price alerts only run on live prices, never on sample prices. See the privacy policy.
Refunds follow the airline or hotel rules for your fare or rate. We tell you what the supplier will refund and how long it takes, and keep you informed by email or WhatsApp until it is done.
