From search to e-ticket: what happens at each step when you book a flight on abbasitravels.de, how payment works, and what we do if an airline does not confirm.
Booking a flight with us online takes a few minutes, and a real person in Frankfurt is there if anything needs help. Here is what happens at each step.
Enter where you leave from, where you go, your dates and the number of passengers on our Flights page. The results come from our airline supplier at the moment you search.
Sort and filter by price, stops and times. "Flight details" shows every leg, the airline, the flight number, the baggage and the fare rules before you decide. Baggage, change and refund rules are set by the airline and differ from fare to fare.
Enter every passenger exactly as written in their passport. Where the airline needs passport details, the form asks for them.
We check the price with the airline again. If it has changed, you see the old and the new price and decide. You then pay by card on a secure payment page run by our payment provider Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us.
The airline usually confirms within a few minutes. You receive a confirmation email and then your e-ticket. Your booking, e-ticket and invoice are always in My Trips, when you log in with the email you used.
If the airline does not confirm a booking after you have paid, our team takes it over personally. Within 24 hours you receive either the confirmed booking or a full refund to your card.
